Welcome To Our Office!
The parking for our office is located behind our building just off of Queen Street. For patients requiring mobility assistance or an accessible entrance, you can park in front of our building on the side of King Street and enter through the front door where you will not encounter stairs and can use our lift to get to the office.
If you have filled out the forms for your medical history, x-ray release forms from a previous office, and any other forms from our website prior to arriving, please bring them with you or ensure you have emailed them to us beforehand.
You will require a clean pair of indoor slippers and a mask. This helps us to keep our practice as clean and sterile as possible. If you forget your slippers, we have sterile pairs you can borrow.
